Building a distro, which WM best reaches these looks?

So ive been building a little linux distro for fun, nothing serious. Although previously the custom desktop environment I was working on was purely web-based, and I wanna rewrite into something actually native, although my main issue is the actual window manager of choice since i dont feel like exactly building one for scratch.
So uh, what window manager do you think would be best for these aesthetics and why so? 😅
(idk if i used the right flair, let alone if this is the right community for this)

If you don't know the basics of what you are doing, you are endangering potential users of your "distro".

i mean, i guess i get your point? although to be fair, this is project really just built for the fun of it, as i dont really matter much to me whether people use this very experimental distro, as it serves more of a "playground" for me?? i dont know how to word :/
but yea perhaps youve got a point
