Anyone knows which plane this is?

I spotted this plane in Nova Scotia, Canada. It flew overhead while I was driving by but it doesn’t look like a commercial jet. As it flew by, it did a couple of knife edge maneuvers (I think that’s what it’s called) and then did a 180 and flew towards the direction from which it came, all under approximately a minute. I know it’s not the best picture, but I’m new to learning about aviation and this one intrigued me. I’d like to know what type of plane it is so I can do some research. Thanks in advance if you have any answers! :)

The mad boom is a nice clue. That and the fact you took it over Nova Scotia.. So yup CP-140 Aurora.
Although I don't think the USN has many P-3 Orion in active service as they replaced them with P-8 Poseidon.

Agreed CP-140 Aurora, aside from the Nova Scotia detail (14 Wing Greenwood based) the telltale sign is the ESM blisters on the wingtips that differentiates it from other P-3’s

Thank you! I appreciate the details :)

CP-140 Aurora (Canadian P-3 variant)

Yeeees! Thank you :)

What's the biggest difference/giveaway to tell the two apart?

OP said it's flying over canada. The CP-140 is the canadian variant of the P-3C with a different electronic warfare package, so location and external markings are the best giveaways.

P3, a military anti-submarine aircraft based on the civilian Lockheed Electra.

Captain, Sonar. We've been overflown by a multi-engine turboprop

Better than being under-flown, I guess.
