I'm 6'5 and skinny. I don't have a appendix holster for my x-ten but it conceals just fine in the waistband there just messing around. I carry my p09, which is also a massive gun, in appendix often enough just fine. Personally I'm of the mindset that appendix has more to do with weight than height
What I've found is that a longer slide/barrel actually is easier to conceal than a shorter gun. I carry my 5"M&P most days and it is far more comfortable than my P365. I think the slide acts as a bit of a lever.
I have the original flush fit barrel, I just don't notice the length so I dont bother with changing it out. If it bothered me or made it harder to conceal I would.

Sweet lord, I hope you froze your sperm my dude

Yeah I wouldn't appendix carry a gun without dingus/safety. I sure as shit wouldn't appendix carry a P320.

a DA/SA in condition 2 is perfectly safe for appendix carry without an external safety.
only way to safely carry a P320 is with an empty chamber.
Humdrum_Blues@reddit
At that point just CC a Tokarev. You get bonus points for style.
A_Queer_Owl@reddit
I'll stick with CZs for my DA/SA needs, thanks. (tho I wouldn't argue against a CZ chambered in 7.62 tokarev, that's an under appreciated cartridge.)
firearmresearch00@reddit
I'm sure theres some kind of means to get a cz in 357 sig fwiw and that's sort of a similar niche to7.62 tok

My nuts making eye contact with the +P JHP 9mm through the muzzle of my P320 every day

Isn’t that an X-ten? I feel like you’d need to be pushing 7 feet tall to even consider appendix carrying that.

Hiding wasn’t my concern with such a big gun in appendix carry. More comfort, especially when sitting down.
firearmresearch00@reddit
I find it pretty comfortable

I'm 6'3" and extra medium. I carry both my M17 and P09 appendix. They hide alright.

Mine is the X Full, with the threaded barrel and the flashlight it's about that size though. I'm 6'04".

Why have a threaded barrel on a carry gun? It seems like useless length

Oh I know I’m just wondering why not have a backup flush fit barrel for carry then toss in the threaded one for suppressor use.

Fair enough

Yeah, the flashlight is the bigger inconvenience of the two tbh.
