I have no idea how to make shakshuka 🤷
I have eggs I needed to use up and tomato sauce that was probably gonna go bad soon, and I remembered seeing a video of someone eating shakshuka a few years ago, so I figured I’d try making it.
It was actually really good… If I actually followed a recipe I’m sure it would be better, but for something I threw together, I’m satisfied and my belly is full :)

I’m sure it tasted great! Honestly in terms of execution, I think the only thing would have just been letting the sauce reduce a little more so it’s not as watery, otherwise this is a great “what do I have left in the fridge” meal
