Like noone is going to attack you man , if that what you are implying. If erdo was more open to talks i believe all parties would compromise and share.
It's all talks. When times get tough you really see who's side he's on. He's supposed to be muslim brother with he Palestinians but he won't put eny sanctions on Israel.
of course. he has completely hypnotized his voterbase. he calls any opposition member an ''israel supporter'' and they lose their ability to think. erdoğan's ''support'' for israel is nothing more than a way (which has proven to be effective) to divide the turkish people.
What's happening in Gaza is despicable, but geopolitics are geopolitics. No space for anything but pragmatism.
this is very true. i've supported palestine and hated israel for pretty much my whole life, but seeing arabs wanting to behead me for being against the dictator erdoğan has really made me not give a shit about them anymore. fuck it, why should i even care about a group of people who hate me.
Shameful for the Muslim world and their current leaders.
Iran became such a meme nation it’s unbelievable how hard and they fell in 5 decades, wich only proves that secularism is the only way for ruling a nation.
It used to be progressive, socialist and non-religious, but then bombs of freedom from USA came and socialism started getting replaced with sharia law.
They locked up the secular guy running for president like all the political opponents of the current dictator. Türkiye has been going the wrong direction for some time now.
Your leaders love power so they will never unite to lose their local bazaar to a bigger fish. Arabs might want to unite but it’s not gonna happen anytime soon
tbh that kind of crab mentality (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crab_mentality) is rampant in the middle east...thats one of the reasons why the region cant prosper
I usually carry the opinion that the US and Europe should stay out of these useless wars and the middle-east in general but I won't feel bad if the Americans start to level Irans military and nuclear infrastructure.
They are just as bad when it comes to disrupting the peace in the region.

They want to surround Turkey. Erdoğan plays a gamble. Israel plays a similar gamble.

Cool.
That's a regular military exercise and it also shows Greece's and Israel's growing military cooperation.
What's happening in Gaza is despicable, but geopolitics are geopolitics. No space for anything but pragmatism.

Honestly as an Arab, this is shameful.
Cold-Double2871@reddit
Why?

Because Israel is a terrorist state
