Hello All,
I work in the Witan Gate area & live close to Campbell Park. What gym recommendations would members suggest.
Been out of fitness for a while so easing back in is important. The issue of cost is important, I've been seeing The Training Gym on Facebook ads and as much as it's alluring, I fear hidden costs

Cycling is a good way to keep fit as is skating and running. All much cheaper than gyms.

And ridiculously easy in MK

Absolutely! Scouring FB Market place for a good deal on a cycle

Check out cycle saviours in Stacey Bushes. They refurb and sell donated bikes. Good prices and you're getting something mechanically sound
Got to go on a weekday though

PureGym is around 17.5 a month, if you go in off peak hours. (Which is, except 4pm to 9pm)

How busy does the parking get on weekends? I've been looking to join there again.

It can get busy but I've never not been able to park.

The Mighty 100, just moved from Newport Pagnell to Linford Wood. Brilliant trainers, great new equipment. It's certainly not as cheap as PureGym but the staff are great and it's a really good community.
They've built me up again after cancer & surgery, and then again after Long Covid.

Thank you for this! Building up is precisely what I need, I have long standing back issues

Scott Rickson, who owns the place with his brilliant wife Sam, is fantastic with post-illness, post-surgery, post-injury type situations.

Much appreciated!

Puregym. It’s a gym. It’s cheap. No fees.

If you walk over the road to the Parks Trust Office , Fit MK do an open air Gym which might be of some interest ?
