Given the garbage I heard from actual analysts and the sausage factory of making those analysts, I think there’s potential in OSNIT. It can be part of this complete breakfast. But it shouldn’t replace traditional methods, it should only be in addition to them.
So idk how it’s going to save money directly unless she meant that the increased effectiveness would indirectly make us stronger and help us save money? Unless she’s saying we should replace HUMINT with OSINT?
Can you elaborate on where the money is saved? And provide a link to the YouTube clip?

One of several [great articles]https://www.cyberly.org/en/what-are-the-risks-of-osint-being-misused/index.html put out by Cyberly as it relates to OSINT.
Even the US Naval institute details how OSINT is fraught with problems.
We’ve already seen Gabbard’s cavalier attitude about being in a Signal chat, discussing military operations, recklessly discussing it with people she didn’t know in the chat. That was information on a military attack in a country with whom we aren’t at war, and you think she’s gonna be cautious about your public information? If you believe that, I’ve got some oceanfront property in Montana to sell you. When she says it’s going to save money, she’s lying to you. I mean, shit, she’s already spewed enough pro Putin propaganda you don’t think she’d use OSINT to spread more misinformation? The articles break down a LOT of problems with OSINT.
