Cant boot past bios

I am in need of assistance and not sure where to go from here. I upgraded some of my PCs parts today, and the install went flawlessly (I think), but I'm now running into an issue where my boot drive (a Western Digitial 500 GB 2280 m.2 SSD) is not showing up in the BIOS. However, my other three drivers are (a WD BLack 1 TB m.2, a WD 2 TB HDD, and a Samsung SATA SSD).
Specs:
Mobo - ASUS ROG Strix B650E-F (upgraded part)
CPU - AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D (Upgraded part)
RAM - G.SKILL Trident Z5 Neo RGB Series AMD EXPO 32GB (2x16) (upgraded part)
GPU - MSI 3080
PSU - EVGA 850 Gold
What I have done so far:
- I have removed all of the working drives and have reseated the boot drive in both the M.2_1 and M.2_2 slots.
- I have updated the Bios via a USB and again have reseated the boot drive in both M.2 slots.
- I have read through a handful of forums about going into the bios and changing boot settings, and I have followed those instructions. (Disabling CSM, set Secure Boot to other OS, Clear Secure boot keys)
The only thing I haven't done yet is trying to reinstall windows on this drive because I currently down have a USB with a windows install on it. When I built my first PC back in 2020 my old roommate had a USB that we used. I have since upgraded my Mobo once before today and did not run into this issue that time.
Im just looking for advice on Steps I could be missing, what I could be doing wrong, and if I need to just say fuck it and grab a new copy of windows and try doing a fresh install. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance.

Does any drive show up in BIOS, when you fit it into the slot your boot drive was in? If not... check if the slot is disabled in BIOS.

I have swapper the other m.2 into the slot the boot drive it was in. But it’s been solved, the boot drive is a sata and it appears this board doesn’t support sata drives. Oops

Is that M.2 NVME/PCIE or Sata? That board doesn't support SATA M.2 SSDs.

Ahhh that would be it, it’s a sata drive. That would make sense why it won’t show up on any other slot. Thank you

Try enabling legacy boot support.
