Update: After 32 turn it off and turn it back on's later, it's finally working

Check this on the Vogon Driver library. I've had a quick look at the inf file, it lists the CT4740.

It gives me an error when running it. It says that it can not detect the sound blaster audio card

ok i'll bite. why are you installing drivers for a card that has obviously been in system for a very dusty long time?

When I got it, there wasn't a hard drive. I had to reinstall windows onto a USB stick and now I gotta reinstall all the drivers
