Real or Mockup?

I saw this rifle in a film clip many years ago. And it's been driving me bonkers trying to think of what it could be. Is it a real firearm or is it just something knocked together for the camera? At this point I would be happy with some clues to fall down a rabbit warren with, but nothing turns up on google.

Could easily be a one-off using some parts from a production model. The receiver looks like a different material (aluminum? steel of that size would add significant weight) which would imply a barrel extension for bolt lockup. The cut for the bolt throw looks to be more than 45° so let’s guess that it’s 60° which would mean a three-lug bolt. No real space for an internal magazine so unless there’s a side-mounted magazine it’s a one-shot design.
The scope is weird, too. There’s no change in the profile to indicate scope rings, so it would have to be a model with an integrated mount.
All of which is to say: I don’t know.
Do you have the origin video?

Looks like an early Keppeler KS V.

My first thought is some sort of air rifle? The bit at the end of the stock could conceivably be some sort of adjustable buttpad, but it looks more like a gas bottle to me.

Unfortunately the rifle cycles and actually throws out brass at one point. I can't remember if there was any recoil though
