Would love to know what hospitals you’ve had great experiences giving birth at! Texas Health Harris Methodist HEB and Baylor Grapevine are both close to me, but I’m seeing some mixed thoughts and would love to hear any first hand experience/feedback.

I had the “best” experience having my 2nd son at Las Colinas Medical Ctr. It felt like a hotel also had several friends have their babies at Baylor GV and they all had great experiences. My big sister had a baby at Baylor Irving (South) and had a very good experience but that was almost 20yrs ago lol

I did not enjoy my experience at HEB, whereas I have nothing but positive things to say about my (otherwise very traumatic) experience at the Fort Worth location. The very best thing about it is that Cook Children’s is connected by a sky bridge and serves as the hospital’s NICU.

make sure the hospital has at least lvl3 NICU! just in case of worse case scenario

That’s a good point, thank you!

Two of my three were born at Grapevine Baylor. My wife wouldn’t have gone back if she didn’t approve of it.

Do you happen to know who her OB was?
