Do you consider yourself a fussy/picky eater?

For unimportant reasons I have been staying in more hotels than usual recently, and I've started to notice how many people ask for substitutions/removals on their breakfasts. The "full english" still seems to be the most popular order, but I'd say the majority of the time, 7 or 8 times out of 10, the people ordering it will ask to have at least one item to be left off. (FWIW black pudding is most commonly rejected, but a lot of people don't want any of the veg, tomatoes, mushrooms etc). I think I'm noticing it because I'm often accused of being fussy because I'm a vegetarian, but I also don't ever remember asking for a dish 'without' something, and I'm struggling to think of a food I really won't or can't eat. I mean, I have preferences, but whatever's on your veggie breakfast, I'll have it. Same for any other dish. How about you? As it comes, or without this or that? (and not just for breakfasts...)
