Everything will cost more, but won't be better and will in fact get worse over time.
No regulation, so everything will kill you somehow, slowly or otherwise.
If you aren't happy with what you paid for and the company doesn't care, tough shit -- you take them to arbitration if you can afford it.
Even if, and this is a hell of a stretch, even if the companies offer their services to customers living in the back of beyond, it will cost a fucking arm and a leg. Instead, rural customers will have to go to a central depot or sign up for DigitalWhateverPro and get their whatever electronically if relevant
Monopoly-busting has already ceased to exist but will be effectively erased from the history books by this administration, so eventually these various corporations will be bought up by one or more of them, effectively rendering it the new government. It'll be ruled by a Board of enlightened (stoned out of their fucking minds) executives who Know What's Good For You Because They Went to Yale^(TM). If you don't like it you can leave...the country.

I won't defend the FDA as they are a problematic organization that could and should be run better. But there are tons of reasons they don't want to share that data from general privacy issues on to good old fashioned obstinance and of course the possibility that their data may in fact have been low power, faulty, bad for their optics or anything in between. The vaccine was approved in record time via government authorization out of necessity. It doesn't change the fact that multiple major studies have shown retrospectively that the vaccines are highly effective and statistically very safe.
The group pushing that lawsuit appear to be fairly prominent vaccine skeptics.
Again, skepticism doesn't equal intelligence.

I really don't like cod liver oil, like I hate that stuff. My now MAGA dad tried giving it to me back in the day to fix my irregular periods because birth control pills had a social taboo. He also tried feeding me a diet of liver and onions at the same time. 🤢 Surprise, it didn't work, it just made me nauseated. Just let me take my damn pills in peace. I believe they want to kill off the majority of the older population so that they can indoctrinate the children without any interference. Note how they are actively erasing history that doesn’t support their ideology. If there aren’t any older people or history telling the children otherwise, they can achieve that goal. In the early days of the USSR, Lenin wanted the same. The cultural revolution in China was an example where indoctrinated young people were turned against the older people.

HIV requires medical treatment for life. The HIV+ person I know who was born here in the US but lives in another country with socialized medicine once tried to fill a 3 month script at CVS and it came back for 12K without insurance. He just didn’t take his meds for a month until he traveled back to where he lives, because he didn’t have the money, and no one else has that kind of money, either. He constantly worries that some day he’ll just be turned away from the border of his own country because of his status, or come here to the US to face his fate and just plan to die from something he can’t afford to pay for.

The cost of PrEP is (was? I’m not even sure now) completely covered by the federal government for all high-risk people in the US. Including the bloodwork and online doctors appointment. That’s how most of us could actually use it.

It took me all of 30 minutes and one at-home test to get my PrEP every month without even having to pay a single penny, not even shipping.

Ending easily accessible PrEP is going to have a huge consequence on a lot of straight men and women, seeing as there’s a huge percentage of straight men secretly rawdogging any gay guy that’s available and not worried about testing.
