Searching for who made this music!

I’m going to go for it although it’s a longshot, so years ago there was a company called J13 Broadcast ran by Mark Sawtell and Keith Goodyer in Milton Keynes, it included a TV show called Babeworld TV in 2007 and for many years now I’ve been hunting down this mix from that show, the company is now defunct, I’m putting this out there as for the hope that somebody may have an idea who made this music or recognize something about it, it is likely to be have been somebody from MK.

Sounds a bit like library music but I can’t track down any music libraries who also mix sets like this especially from so long ago.
