Suggestions for top tube pack or hard bag for THICK frame? (Bulls Adventure Evo)

I love my bike, I almost have it where I want it for my use case. Last thing I'm (currently) looking for is a 4-8L bag or hardbag to put on/over the little rack on the top tube. Top frame bags don't seem to come with straps large enough to fit the giant frame (and without causing stress on the battery). I could loop them through the under-side of the rack, but even then I'm not sure they'd be long enough...?
