I’m just hung up on the full stock i guess. Every one I look at with a pistol grip has a skeletonized one.

What full stock? The picture is a folding stock, the top "tube" of the stock is catching light, the black in the middle is his arm, and the bottom "tube" is catching light. Even the angle the lower "tube' is at is consistent with the Beretta M3P.
