We need to get back to using BTX

We had BTX when the CPU was the most power hungry component ([Pentium D 830](https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/intel-cpu-power-consumption,1750-9.html) was idling at 104W with max. power of 203W) and Intel introduced it to improve airflow and [re-arrange the motherboard](https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/b/b5/BTX_M-B_IMG_1159.JPG) for better signal integrity. The CPU socket was placed at the bottom of the case with a plastic tunnel for cold fresh air to cool the CPU first, and then be exhausted out through the top of the case. We need it again especially since: 1. more GPU's have flow-through which can be directed to the exhaust on the top. 2. It's better for AIO cooling, because having the pump/block combo as the lowest point reduces the chance of air to cavitate. 3. BTX can also make [Project Zero more popular](https://www.pcgamer.com/asuss-new-motherboard-hides-ports-on-the-back-for-cable-management/) as the cables don't have to be routed all the way around the back of the case and up to the EPS connection.
