What is a squidger?

My wife and I were watching Rosemary and Thyme. In season 1 episode 3, Rosemary tells someone that she is "a squidger". They appear confused and she says that "it is a horticultural term" and then they move on. Google seems to think a squidger is "someone who squidges a wink in tiddlywinks", which doesn't seem to be a horticultural term to me. I was definitely confused by that passage in the show.

I laughed out loud. I am watching that episode of Rosemary and Thyme and so googled to find out what a squidger is and it brought me here!
