When will we stop seeing shrinkflation?

I just (out of interest) tried to figure out how big a yoghurt used to be - a cadburys buttons one. It was 90g 8 years ago, and now the one I have just had is 75g. Thats a huge decrease and thats just in 8 years, while the price just continues to go up. Is this just the norm now, everything will continue to get smaller but more expensive?

At some point they can't go any smaller but the prices will still go up

There will come a point when items can't physically get any smaller. Then things might get interesting.

You won't. Capitalism is reaching a state where there is nothing left to cut (enshittification). It might stop being due to inflation but companies will just use the environment or health reasons as an excuse to do it instead.
