Android full remote acess

I want to have full remote acess to my devices, we send them to clients and sometimes have to do assisted maintenance, but with anydesk and others it is possible to do it. The challenge comes because we send the devices turned off to clients, that have to turn it down and our application fixes on the screen. With adb and anydesk we could manage to set it to remote acess, but it loses those permissions once the system is rebooted, is there some way to overcome this?

Splashtop can do unattended remote to an android device.

TeamViewer too.
It should be noted full unattended access for most product generally requires an add-on and may differ across device types.

Yes, it’s totally doable with SureMDM! Add your Android devices to SureMDM, set whatever restrictions you need, troubleshoot remotely whenever you want, push updates, and handle almost everything remotely.

You can use MDM (Mobile Device Management) solutions that allow you to persistently manage permissions.

To my knowledge, there is no persistent android remote access. That's a huge security hole
