Well if you think about it the Libyan war is now 14 years old? Serbian war turned 21 and can now legally drink? Syria was invaded in 2011 as well and is still in chaos.

First attack on Ukraine happened in 2004 and on Georgia in 2005? Sure they might be classified as hybrid war attacks but overthrowing heads of states and hijacking and falsifying elections of a sovereign country is still an act of war.
