Any Reddit alternative that doesn't support censorship if you have low karma/can't figure out how to title your post?

Gone are the days when you can just post anything and get a decent discussion. Albeit there's scale of users so you get more active content but sometimes when I do searches it just doesn't pop up and you would think reddit is the answer but it isn't.
I know Mastodon has a quality PKM community watching Nicole van der Hoeven's videos and Discord (hate it because of login issues and historically I never got quality answers from chat boxes and they are hard to copy paste into a notetaker) but I'm looking for the scientists, biohackers, come from behind people and Youtube is great if you want to have computer vision syndrome from watching hour long videos and TikTok/Instagram are time sinks shell bombs with poor search engines except for major influencers but at the end of the day, it's so hard to find the answers you need.

the worst about reddit (and youtube) is shadow banning, you post something and it never appears but you're not aware of it, really you can't criticize any progressive idea without being moderated

To be fair, most of the things you complain about are not censorship. The rules for those thread removals are there to prevent subreddits from being spammed and flooded with content you don't want to see.
Most of those things rely on auto-moderation (hence the message from AutoModerator).
Those operate on buzzwords and I think if you just left out "evolutionary wise" from the ELI5 thread the AutoMod wouldn't have removed the post.
And the second post can very well be counted as an advertisement because you included a link to the thing itself instead of just mentioning the name.
Still, you probably will see this type of moderation happening sooner or later anywhere even on Lemmy, Kbin or other social websites because if such measures are not being taken and "everyone can post everything" you will end up with a lot of content completely unrelated, irrelevant and spam on those social websites. You just don't see them because of moderation here.
On the other hand, you could just do what the messages say and get in contact with a real moderator of those subreddits to possibly explain what you need to do to get it posted.

The amount of times I have stumbled upon an interesting post only for it to be locked or deleted without any explanation is just insanely high.

the mods are known for deleting posts they happen to not agree with.

Mainchan.com is a free speech Reddit clone.

Lemmy doesn't have karma (yet?). However, I agree with what u/fribbtastic said.
Madbrad200@reddit
Technically Lemmy does have karma, but it's completely inert and isn't visible on desktop (only some mobile clients display it).
Toothless_NEO@reddit
Out of curiosity do you know which clients on Lemmy display Karma?
Madbrad200@reddit
Fennec does (it calls it 'score' and displays it on your profile page).
Toothless_NEO@reddit
Hopefully they don't ever start using that for any kind of moderative purposes in the future, they wouldn't do them any good anyway since the nature of federated platforms means that vote manipulation is very hard to pin down.
CultureReal3810@reddit
Interesting, I did not realize that. Thanks!

Make your own and see what happens.

Lemmy (so long as you avoid a couple instances, Lemmygrad in particular. Lemmy.ml and beehaw are moderated more heavily than others. But lemmy.world is fine, for example). Lemmy actually has a lot of content too, unlike the others.

Tildes.net is very user friendly but focused on articles and discussion not images and memes. They will not remove your post and will helpfully move it to the correct group
Skavau@reddit
Every reddit alternative will end up doing this
