Can I freeze yogurt to make frozen yogurt?

My partner has tonsillitis so it's just something easy and soothing for her. Best way to do it?

Fromage frais freezes well. I use it in lolly moulds for my kids. You can also just put lolly sticks / spoons in the pots and freeze so they pop out as lollies.

You can search 'simple frozen yoghurt recipes' and that should help you with low ingredient options.

Mix it with some water so it's about 2/3 yoghurt, 1/3 water - it works better.

You can freeze a thing to make it frozen by putting it in a freezer. It is then the same thing, but frozen.

The microwave was invented to revive frozen mice, not sure if it would work on a rabbit.

I tried putting my frozen mouse in the microwave, but it just melted the casing and now it doesn't click.

I'd whisk in a bit of milk yo allow for some of the microbes to set rather than clump, but yeah, go for it Why not whisk in /blend in some fruits for extra nutritious ice pops / frozen

I do it with the lactofree Aldi blueberry yoghurt as blueberry yoghurt tastes weirdly floury and freezing it makes it much nicer. Just keep taking it out and storing it up every couple of hours and it works pretty well.

The low fat stuff doesn't freeze very well. During Covid I thought I'd make frozen yoghurt so bought an ice cream maker, two giant pots of low fat yoghurt and some strawberries for my first attempt. When I got the yoghurt home, I read Do Not Freeze on the carton, so I never got started and the bowl from the machine is still in the freezer. I've recently stopped drinking cow's milk because I have a problem with catarrh and milk is a potential cause, so I'd be interested to know if anyone has used any of the alternative milks to make frozen yoghurt.

Yes, it may be a bit grainy but you can freeze it in ice cube trays or lolly moulds so you have small portions. If you have any add a bit of honey as well as that will be soothing on her throat

Frozen frubes used to go in pack lunches in the summer, I don’t know about anything bigger but they work for sure
