When did this sub become so boomer?

Why is everyone posting pics of themselves, their spouses, etc? There are these other subs.. 40s.. 50s.. they’re all doing the same thing. Isn’t this a little attention seeking? Is that who we are?

I just like the funny stuff. That’s why I signed up. To have a laugh. The 40s/50s subs are doing this, “look at me and how young I look, can you believe i’m 45?!” (Looks totally 45)

How is that Boomer? We're aging. I've loved seeing how our generation is growing and changing and how we've become the grown-ass adults. I don't know any of these people - so how can it really be attention seeking? Just a nice way of charting our collective progress.

Yeah, I don't think it is. I think that's why we're largely forgotten - we're not always going on and on about ourselves. I think that's why I kind of like that we're celebrating low-key here.

I don't get it, either. I've always hated having my picture taken. I wouldn't know where to find pics of myself post even if I wanted to. Regardless, this is the kind of thing which ought to have a dedicated thread, not endless posts over several days.
