Man, if supplying a country's internationally recognized military force is "fueling the civil war", what the heck do you call sending weapons to Ukraine?

In the Ukrainian case Russia is the clear aggressor in a war between two recognised states. You can defend Putins reasoning or geopolitical justifications or whatever (if you're into that sort of thing), but in that conflict the objections apply to Russia as the one who moved the tanks first with no clear causus belli (i.e. direct attack on their own soil or similar).
Selling arms to a sanctioned party in a civil war is quite different. Not that anyone will really do anything (i.e. nobody really cared about serb millitias getting all that help during the Yugoslav wars) but there is a clear distinction in terms of international/diplomatic customs.
The Spanish civil war is another great example where sanctions effectively meant the people who played by the rules saw their side lose. It is what it is, I don't make the made up rules of international publicity stunts.

I mean in Sudan RSF is also pretty clearly the bad guy.

*The worse guy.
Al-Burhan and his junta aren't exactly "good" either...
Consistent_Course413@reddit
But significantly less genocidal
Realistic_Mud_4185@reddit
They’re supplying the lesser of two evils when the RSF are committing a literal genocide in Darfur
The EU criticized Turkey when they supplied Ukraine with weapons before the invasion too.
