When people are telling me something and they, "um" and "uh" all the way through it, its like needles in my brain. What do people do that's the same for you?

I constantly, and I mean CONSTANTLY, am finishing other people's sentences for them because they are taking so long to get through it.
Even on the odd occasion I am wrong about what they are trying to say, the context is right, so all they have to do is finish up the final result.
Oh man, even just thinking about someone doing it drives me bananas
