DVI ports don't exist on modern GPUs. You can run HDMI/DP to DVI but you'll probably be locked to 60Hz. There is no good choice for GPUs with native DVI, modern-ish performance, and that would be worth pairing with a 14-year-old platform.

Problem is my monitors.... wait realises they also have HDMI so what would you suggest?
