[handgun] Waited to post this till I got mine. Super happy with the one they sent me. They also have a higher grade for $50 more.

I bought one and my card was charged immediately. However I haven’t gotten answers to emails and the item hasn’t shipped yet. I am concerned. Hopefully they’re just backlogged and will respond / ship the item they charged me for.

I think it’s a one guy shop. I can assure you I have received mine and have no financial incentive in posting this. Def took a couple days for him to ship and was the type of situation where he gave a tracking number but didn’t actually drop it off for a couple days. Still received my gun and it was in better than I was expecting condition.

Awesome! Thank you for reassuring me. I like supporting small businesses so I get it. My local FFL is backed up with processing stuff too. Hopefully they respond and get it shipped. Glad yours was in good shape too. This’ll be my first sig, first hammer fired gun and first non polymer pistol so I’m looking forward to it!

there's been a retailer selling 10s of 226 and 229 .40 trade ins on GB for last few months listing new ones every day, they are cleaner and have been going for less than this. The 229 has been going for under 3 bills, the 226 for a bit more.

Not that there are any states that it matters anymore but the LEO marked ones are made after the ban and they put the date to denote that, pre ban wouldn’t have that.

Ordered my .357 barrel last night. I do think it’s worth the extra $50 to get the grade A. The one I got was minty. Can’t imagine it has more than a couple boxes of ammo through it.

I put a 9mm Barsto barrel in my .40 P226. It has been flawless. It did take some filing to get it to fit, which is actually a good thing. It locks up beautifully.

they also have mystery meat uppers if you're feeling froggy. I called and they said all the quad rails are gone, most are possibly S&W or Bushy but hard to tell from barrel marks alone I guess.
