What is your favourite pancake topping?

I'm partial to lemon and sugar, but as a kid I used to put melted cheese and ketchup.

Depends, if it's a crepe, then Nutella, if it's thin pancakes then some lemon and brown sugar, if blueberry pancakes, then just maple syrup, of it's plain American style pancakes, then bacon and maple syrup.
