Need advice on an IPAM solution

Long story short, our IPAM server running PHPIPAM on a Linux build is no longer with us. We had a cyber attack earlier in the year and lost credentials to this server, and now we are not able to go in and update it with patches, so per our security compliance we have to take it offline. I have an export of the IP address configuration, but am looking for a new home for our IPAM solution. I did really like PHPIPAM, but alas it could not be. Is there a good solution for IPAM that I can look into next? I was thinking I could use the IPAM solution available on a Windows 2019 server, but if there is something better out there, I'd like to give that a try as well. We don't want to spend a lot of money, but if the solution is good we would probably spend a bit for it. What is everyone else using, and what do they like about it?

We wanted to, but there was some stupid reason why we couldn't. I'm going to keep trying though. We have a new server stood up

Why not recover the passwords single user to change the login passwords then you can extract the DB password out of the ipam config and create a new superuser and recovery everything from there

Every IPAM has plusses and minuses. Nailing down which IPAM is best for you kinda depends on what you want to use it for. If you are just tracking subnets a spreadsheet really can work fine. If you want to build automations around DHCP+DNS+IPAM (DDI) then maybe NetBox is more appropriate. Microsoft's IPAM is kinda simple/basic but it's also free. And free is nice.

Honestly, I can probably use OneNote or something similar. I just need to track our IP ranges and which addresses are reserved, DHCP, or blocked off. What I liked about PHPIPAM is it also was able to connect to the IP addresses so I could see if something was online or not. Also could identify the manufacturer based on mac address, but I honestly didn't put in mac addresses often, just the IP address and description. We have about 20 subnets.

I've never seen IPAM in the wild, only ever set it up for fun on Windows Server 2016. Seemed okay.
