> An apostrophe followed by an “s” is the most common way to indicate possession (ownership) in English. This applies to most singular nouns and also to plural nouns that don’t end in “s” (e.g., “women” becomes “women’s”).
> It also applies to singular nouns that end in “s” (e.g., “the analysis’s implications“), acronyms (e.g., “the BBC’s funding”), proper nouns (e.g., “Jack’s cat”)

It creates a hole or tunnel excavated into the ground near the 812 Competizione to construct a space suitable for habitation or temporary refuge? No wonder he was impressed!
I know it's a homage to the 365GTB/4, but I can't gel with that black strip between the headlights no matter how much I try to stop fixating on it.
Maybe it'll become less controversial like the big BMW kidney grille on the G80 M3.
Sadly can't spec that bit, has to be black. Closest you can get is an all-black car from the factory.
Someone did photoshop it: https://www.reddit.com/r/Ferrari/comments/1cjpoyf/ferrari_12cilindri_with_and_without_gloss_black/
I guess the plus side is a trip to your local wrapper/body shop and you can have it wrapped/painted to match.
Can't fix that G80 bucktooth without some custom fab (unless any of those body kits actually ever finally got released).
People said this about the F90 M5 and the F80 M3. On how the connected headlights look like shit, the taillights are too long, xDrive is blasphemy, etc. And now the F90 M5CS is heralded as one of the best of all time.
They also said it about every single M5 and M3 going back to like, the 36 & 39? "The last great M5. Or just every M car in general. I'm sure people will warm up to it over time ...
Preach. The pig snout/buck teeth BMWs are the ugliest of all time. They still are, and I haven't changed my opinion on them one bit.
Shoutout to the M2 that looks like it was a junior designer's first hand drawing brought to life, with zero continuity, flow, or understanding of proportions. How they butchered the previous M2...
Agree, and the new 5 and 7 series have not grown on me since they came out. I even sat in the new m5 touring a few months ago. While it looks better than the sedan, it still doesn’t look good. The interior also doesn’t feel as good as the previous gen. It feels sterile and bland, kinda like what you would expect out of Hyundai.
Hold up what. Did people really shit on the F90 M5? That design in M5 and honestly even more so in M550i form is probably the best looking BMW sedan since the E39 imo. Surprised if people said they hated it.
We will see.
I just can't see any positives of the new M5. With the M2, M3, and M4, I could atleast see some potential especially with how much better performance wise they were.
Touring in the US, slightly cheaper than the previous model adjusted for inflation but you get PHEV practicality, the chassis is actually really quite good and it handles no worse than the previous gen most of the time, you feel the weight while really pushing it but its an m5, its a tourer first and a sports car second.
Personally, I already like it more than the previous base M5 and think it looks decently good in touring trim. I don't think it's as cool as the M5CS but well, thats a $150k CS.
I think the Touring looks neat, but the sedan is just awful.
I saw one in person and walked all around it, and I just couldn't find a single angle that I thought looked good, the rear looks like a Camry, the front end looked like it was in an accident, and the side profiles looked made it look like an SUV...
For me this is what makes me love the design of a vehicle. If the front wheel fenders sit higher than the hood, its a usually going to be a great looking car.
Does this now have the haptic feedback interior all other Ferrari's have?
I'm pretty sure the 812 still had the older interior, with buttons.
For that reason alone I prefer the 812 but I still don't like how this looks. I like the side profile and rear haunches but the front end headlights with the black and rear end taillights don't do it for me.
Maybe I need to see it person.
That torque curve is outerwordly. To be making 500 lbs/ft at that insane 7250 rpm and yet still hit 800+ hp at 9500 means that engine is almost never flat. It's literally building more torque as the revs increase. That's a pretty darn violent engine and I love it.
