I bought this used 1660 super off a guy from Kijiji and whenever the GPU was underload the fans will max out like crazy like extra loud and I cannot stop the blades with my finger fingers unlike other GPUs that I’ve had. if I’m not running anything demanding like games then the PC will be fine, but it will fully spin on max speed when the PC boots up and when there’s a game . Can something like MSI after burner fix this? I also read that if you adjust fan speeds on one PC it usually doesn’t transfer over to another. Is that true?
