Where can I book/what companies offer first emegency aid training to individuals? (Not workplace)

All i can find are first aid at work courses, usually with minimum numbers.
Mines not workplace related, just an individual who would like to undertake some emergency first aid training including paediatric first aid.

Depends where you are - in the North East, www.lifesavingtraining.co.uk runs regular public first aid courses ideal for individuals.

I had exactly this problem! I'd just retired and wanted to book a First Aid course for just me. Tried a few local companies who only seemed interested in corporate bookings. Surprisingly the St John's Ambulance didn't do individual courses either. TBH I just gave up in the end.

My local library runs them from time to time, perhaps yours does too! Have a look at town halls/community centres as well.

Individuals can undertake the first aid at work, very little of it is related to ‘working’.
You still cover basic, core elements of first aid that has applications anywhere.
Paediatric first aid is different though to general first aid.

British Red Cross offer adult first aid and CPR training and also separate training for paediatric CPR and first aid
