Will someone sell me a tube of YELLOW Metanium, please?

Hi! I'm super desperate and trying my luck really. The **yellow** metanium was the only ointment that really helped my son and it was discontinued last year. Unfortunately, by the time I found out, all stocks were gone. His skin is raw and nothing from the GP and hospital works. I really, really need this ointment even if the tube is not full or whatever. If you have it and don't need it, I'm happy to pay £20 per tube, it's the best I can do at the moment.

My son has certain disabilities and health issues, if there was something else to help, I wouldn't be desperately begging on reddit for someone to sell me a tube, now, would I? I have a bag full of creams and ointments, when I say nothing else helps I mean that nothing else helps.
