The roads are terrible. Ice everywhere. Streetlights are blinking at every intersection. Cars are stalled at many intersections. How could Dallas let this happen? Where's the mayor?

Roads are not the issue. I would be more concerned with the type of tires you have, a lot of cars in Texas run summer tires but summer tires in this weather became skates if you are not careful. If you have all weather tires you are fine

Not Addison, but am in Richardson. All clear here. Only spot that was tricky was where someone had left sprinklers on, so watch for that, but otherwise, roads are good.
