Faulty bms or faulty controller

Hi everyone I have a bbs02b and my screen reads I have between 28v and 36v however it’s supposed to be 48v but occasionally reads 51v until I press the throttle and then it drops again, I am wondering if I have a faulty bms or a burnt out controller because it shows a flashing 1 bar for battery on my screen but on the battery itself it shows full bars ,also I must add that when I turn my screen on my battery makes clicking noises if somebody could help me figure this out it would be much appreciated many thanks

I also have a bbs02b id say its the bms of the battery its the one that relays voltage back to the display but it could also be the controller as well id try a different battery if you can same issue its the controller 😉 🔋

Okay thank you I have a 1 year warranty on the battery so I will be getting it replaced then

Good if that new battery doesn't work then you know its the controller or display. i wish you luck fellow bbs02b buddy lol. Mine has been going strong for 8yrs now at 7250miles
