What are you currently obsessing about?

A combination of the following: - My cat, who was put to sleep on Friday. I know it was the right thing to do (she was 17, on a cocktail of medications, losing weight and not getting better), but I still feel like I cut her time short, and that I'm not as sad about it as I should be. (This is a fairly common experience I have with grief, but it doesn't make me feel any less weird about it.) - My boyfriend. Without going into too much detail, he's been struggling a bit recently, and I'm worried about him. I suspect most of it is my anxiety/old demons surfacing and I'm trying to help him the best I can without letting that get in the way, but it's still hard to see someone you love feeling like that and wishing you could fix it for them. - Needing to renovate my flat. It started as wanting to redo my kitchen but I have a feeling it's one of those things where if I pull at one thread the whole place will unravel, with all the stress and costs that go with that.
