Black pudding eaters of the UK, what's you're preferred cooking method: boiling, frying or grilling?

Just noticed on the back of the black pudding in the fridge for tomorrow's breakfast that one of the cooking options was to simmer for 7 minutes. Never even considered this as an option. Got me thinking.
