Is it possible the WiFi module limits speed of the Internet?

Initial data: I have 1Gbps internet connected to wifi router and I had 600Mbps USB adapter at my PC. At the end I was getting ~300Mbps at speedtest (walls, distance from router, etc). Just to test i bought from Alixpress Wifi6+BT-5.3 (1200 mbps) module for my MB. I installed it (including Intel drivers) and checked few times speed - it was ~200mpbs and I was kinda disappointed that I bought sht. But after 10minutes speed rised up to ~400mbps and stayed ther for 15 minutes (i did few tests during that time) and after that speed dropped back to ~200mbps. And I wasn't changing or doing anything!
Is it possible that adapter somehow blocks or limits speed of internet being overheated or what? I dont even moved the case. Nothing was changed. I also parallely was checking speed on my phone - it is ~400-450mbps all the time next to PC.

If you were running speed tests on your phone at the same time that’s part of your problem - you’re hitting the spectrum with two requests at once that it has to dance between.
But the other reason is that the speeds advertised for WiFi are generally bunk. They take the best possible white room speeds for all of their antennas, add them up and that’s what they advertise. It’s impossible to hit those speeds in actual use.
But at the end of the day, WiFi is kind of black magic. We don’t know what your router is capable of. We don’t know how good or bad of a WiFi environment you’re in. Unpredictable WiFi speeds are actually fully expected as your setup handles devices coming into and off of the network and all making their own separate demands. There’s a reason most ISPs do not consider WiFi speed tests as valid when troubleshooting.

Wifi is usually the slowest, especially if it's not in the same room with the router. Move your router or pc closer together temporarily and try an ethernet cable to see what speeds your internet is actually capable of.
Download a wifi analyzer app on your phone to check what channel your router is on and if there are any other nearby networks on the same channel possibly causing interference. If there are, change the router channel by logging into it or using the router management phone app.
Ideally, you would be using ethernet instead, but ethernet over powerline adapters could be a solution, depending on how your house is wired.
