How to Set Up Dual Monitors with Ryzen 5 5600G?

Hi everyone, I’d like to ask for some advice on setting up a dual monitor setup using my Ryzen 5 5600G. I don’t have a dedicated graphics card—I’m still using the built-in Radeon Vega 7 graphics. My motherboard is a Gigabyte B450M DS3H.
Do I need a specific connector or adapter to make this work?
For context, I won’t be using the setup for gaming much. It’s mainly for work and watching videos. My work isn’t strict about refresh rates or other monitor specs—they just require two monitors.
Thanks in advance!

USB to HDMI/DP

Should be able to just plug another monitor into the mobo and call it good

My motherboard only has one HDMI port and one VGA port. How should I proceed with that? Should I just use HDMI for the first monitor and VGA for the second one?

Yup. Disadvantage of the board, unfortunately.
You can get an adapter to use a monitor that lacks a VGA port, they’re like $10. You will still be limited by the resolution limits of VGA - you aren’t going to get anything above 1080p60 out of that port.

Yep! If your 2nd monitor doesn't have a VGA port you'll need an adapter. Note that this adapter needs to be powered, usually be a USB you just plug into the mobo. They sell ones without power but those won't work.

Wow! You're a lifesaver! Thank you so much! Luckily, my monitor has a VGA port, so I don’t need to buy anything anymore.

No problem!

You'll need to plug both of your monitors into your motherboard.
