Any current FlexJet Red Label Caps able to share what your average schedule looks like?

Schedule can look however you and your teammates want. The only written rule is you must cover the airplane with 1 day overlap. You can work 20 days a month if you want or only 8. The unwritten limit is a minimum of 4 on per rotation. You could do a 4 on, 3 off (my teammate does this). Mine varies to give me certain days off but I shoot for 8 on for the bonus.

Friend of mine is a Red Label Captain… he said that the captains assigned to the tail make their own schedules with eachother, some stick to a 7 on 7 off, it really depends on what group you get invited into.

Any idea how far out they schedule? 1 mo, 6, a year? Or does that vary as well?

Varys on the groups. Some like the 7 on 7 off and they can look at their schedules months and months out. Others are more flexible and it varies.
You’re years away from being in a red label crew. So all of this could change.
