Worst Whatburger in Dallas I-635 and Abrams

Avoid the Whataburger at 9394 Lyndon B Johnson Fwy Dallas, TX 75243 off of Abrams. The staff is terrible and the wait is insane. Over 16 minutes for a #2 combo when I was the only one in the drive thru and the fries were still old and cold! And the same thing has been happening for over 3 years according to Yelp reviews. THE MANAGER NEEDS TO BE FIRED! Even worse experience than Luka being traded...

Hard agree on this specific location, mf gave me multiple drinks (when i ordered 1, charged me for multiple btw), no straws, no ketchup (when asked and it was present on the receipt), and the food was cold. I was in the line for 23 minutes.

They have fallen off alot since their corporate take over.....all the garland and mesquite locations are terrible Source: I work in those areas and travel and stop for lunch and usually cold burger and cold fries 🍟

That’s literally every Whataburger in existence. They cook fresh, they’re slow. Is this your first time?

They *cooked* fresh, not so sure how fresh their ingredients are now, last time I ate Whataburger (granted I don't eat fast food much) it was pretty bad, soggy vegetables, bun was all smooshed up, the patty tasted ok, but had a bad after taste. Like meat that sat on the grill too long. People point to the buyout, but I don't eat their enough to say that's it, I just know it was not good, by fast food standards. But location also plays a part, if you're in a rough part of town, odds are the people working their ain't exactly putting in top notch effort. Honestly, I can't blame them.
