You could try asking in a lawyer subreddit. There may be legal options you could take. I wouldn't air out the tires. They're dumb kids and I don't think they'd spread the word like others had suggested Drive past a construction site at night and take some orange cones and block out the spot in front of the mailbox

Ha lol I’ve never owned a home. Seriously though I wasn’t trying to be a jerk, If it involves mail that’s like the one thing they usually will have to bend over for. Trust me, dawg i lived in a apartment with a hole in the shower wall from move in to move out and still lost the small claims case and ended up owing thousands on a hole I took photos of AND agreed on signing that it would be repaired after moving in. I get it that we all get fucked while renting. But also I’ve met many people to immediately resort to calling tow companies over what could have been a simple knock on a neighbors door. Sorry for asking for more clarification not he story my friend!

yeah its wild to me that this is so big of a problem and that the complex isnt involved already. if we werent getting mail at my condos, people would be raising all sorts of hell, including my condos HOA (one of the rare times you actually would want them to speak up lol)

thats insane. id think literally everyone there would be complaining, i dont see why or how they could just ignore that. i guess your next step is going to USPS directly and complaining. im sure the driver isnt happy about constantly having a bunch of undeliverable mail. and if the first person doesnt listen, then go to someone else. we have some of these big ass mailboxes around us and they are clearly labeled with dire threats about getting towed if you're parked in front of it. you could always try putting up your own sign i guess, maybe threaten to tow. they might buy it lol

Accidentally responded on my sister’s account but I’ve lived here shorter than most of the tenants and a friend who has lived here for four years says she’s tried contacting USPS, city parking, and of course the landlord, but everyone gives the run around. I even contacted usps and they just said they won’t deliver if it’s blocked

Get road spikes; pull them up when the mail truck is expected, and if you have the same carrier every day, loop them in so they don’t accidentally drive over them. This will only work if you work from home though My other UPLT is to dump sardine oil down the vents where the hood meets the windshield, or dump corn syrup in the gas tank

Buy an old fire hydrant, paint it red and put it out by the mailboxes. I did that in my front yard. The neighbor's friends don't park there anymore. I'm not about to call the cops and complain about someone parked there!

Learn adult skills and step through the problem. Talk to the complex manager, then the property owner/firm, then the postal carrier, then the postmaster. Postmasters don't like to hear that mail isn't getting delivered, and they'll almost always do something about it.

The post master is your top postal worker at USPS. They are in charge of that post office and all mail going through it. If you look up what post office your mail comes from, the post master is generally available to talk to on a walk in basis, 9-5. Depending on how busy the location is, they might make you schedule an appointment. I've had to complain to my post master twice about packages being delivered to the wrong locker at my apartment, they were very pleasant and happy to help solve my problem. I live in a smaller town, so I just walked in, asked to speak to the post master, and had to wait 10 minutes for them to have time for me.
