I need help to complete my setup and need assistance for it. Currently my setup is as following

Cpu: ryzen 7 9800x3d Mobo: msi b850 gaming plus wifi Storage: kingston gen4 1TB Ram: G.Skill 32GB(2x16) Trident TZ5 Neo RGB 6000mhz CL30 DDR5 AMD EXPO Ram (F5-6000J3038F16GX2-TZ5NR) Case: Asus Tuf gt302 Psu: corsair rm1000x Gpu: planning to get a 5070ti

For cpu cooler, i'm planning to get arctic liquid freezer 3 360 but i'm not sure if it touches the vrm heat sink on board due to thickness of radiator. On pc partpicker i saw several setups that radiator fits top of case which is fine. I couldn't find any info on net so i decided to submit a post here. Any input is appreciated and also alternative cpu liquid coolers as well.
