How long does it take for local health board to call you after 111 call?

It's the out of hours team. I'm in Scotland. Was wondering how long to expect

Did they not tell you how long to expect? In my area they tell you that if you haven't received a call within half an hour, then you won't be receiving one and to go to a&e.

In London its usually a call back within an hour but very rarely could be waiting for 2 hours. I

Really depends on your location, your issue and how busy they are. I’m in Edinburgh and it’s always been within 2 hours when they’ve called back and got me sorted with an out of hours appointment.

Depends how busy they are. They normally tell you what the wait time for a callback is when 111 arranges it though.
