Does water taste the same everywhere in the UK?

Saw this [Limmy's show bit](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GceNsojnMf0) about drinking straight from the tap. Which, if I'm honest, isn't even a universal practice in the US. But does water *taste* the same regardless of where you live? **EDIT: I cocked up and asked an opposite question in the description. That's why some answers so "No, it tastes the same."**
