The headline is worded a little unclearly. This vote was by the Senate Intelligence Committee. The full Senate still has to vote.

Good news amid the chaos. My hope is that Tulsi does a fine job in her new role. The area she is in charge of needs big repairs.
Next hopefully she could be the healing first Women President of USA. Time will tell.
