What was this British Programme?

OK so been looking for this for ages. It's a comedy programme (maybe a movie?),and here's what I remember: There was a drug dealer / extorter in a block. Alot of people owed him money. He did nasty things to alot of people, like making one of the mums sleep with him. They had a meeting about killing him and then there's a hilarious scene where they all kill him with random things. They hide the body in the communal park after using a pushchair to transport him. I remember them getting caught in a shed or something at the end. I also remember him crashing a party. Characters I remember is a slightly autistic boy, 2 girls (one black and one white), one chavvy couple who made meth. Desperate to watch again with wife but can't find it!!!!!! REDDIT DO YOUR THING!
