ULPT Request: Help getting medication insurance doesn’t cover as of New Year

This is specifically for Wegovy/ZepBound. My insurance no lingers covers it unless you have a condition like type 2 diabetes when before the new year you could just be obese, 30BMI. I do now want to pay ridiculous prices out of pocket when a 3mo supply would’ve only cost me $50 with my insurance copay. I don’t want to join a stupid pay me monthly $175 and my 3mo supply ends up being $350+. Is there anyone who knows how to get this for near or around $50 or could point me in the direction of getting this from overseas? I would love to get ZepBound as it works way better for me and doesn’t make me sick to my stomach like semaglutide. Off Brands are great, so my target would be to get Tirzepatide. I really appreciate any tips! Thank you!
