What helped you to quit smoking/vaping?

After around 12 years or so, in November, I finally managed to stop smoking cigarettes. Cravings for them have gone and, currently, I don't feel the need to go back.
Typically, I used to smoke at work. Never smoked at home, but vaped instead, same at my partners.
The next stage for me is to kick the vape for good and be done with both of them.
I'm not keen on replacing vape with a nicotine inhalator as its then just another replacement for smoking, like vaping has been.
I saw an add for a necklace type thing which was literally a small metal tube which you breathe through. It's marketed as an 'anxiety necklace' but these are all cheaply made and only really available on amazon or Tik Tok shop. Some reviews were good, but the bad ones were concerningly bad (metal pieces breaking off, chain snapping on day one etc.)
They also don't seem to be designed to give any sort of resistance when breathing in, similar to what you'd get with a cigarette/ vape.
Is there something out there like the above which might work?
What worked for you when you quit? Cold turkey, or you found a healthy substitute?
